INFORMATION REGARDING THE EXERCISE OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

A. INSTRUCTIONS ON THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The consumer has the right to withdraw from a purchase contract concluded at a distance or outside business premises, without having to provide any reason, within 14 days of the date of receipt of the products.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the consumer must inform RUDY PROFUMI S.R.L. of their decision by means of an explicit statement sent via one of the following methods:

To this end, the consumer may use the standard withdrawal form provided below, although its use is not mandatory.

Withdrawal

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for the notice exercising this right to be sent before the 14-day period expires.

EFFECTS OF WITHDRAWAL

In the event of withdrawal, all payments received from the consumer will be refunded, excluding any standard delivery costs if the goods have already been handed over to the carrier, without undue delay and in any event within 14 days of the day on which RUDY PROFUMI S.R.L. is informed of the decision to withdraw from the contract or, in the case of goods already delivered, within 14 days of receipt of the verified and inspected return.

The refund will be made using the same payment method used by the consumer for the initial transaction, unless otherwise agreed.

RUDY PROFUMI S.R.L. may withhold the refund until the goods have been received or until the consumer has provided proof that the goods have been returned.

without undue delay and in any event within 14 days of notifying the withdrawal.

The direct costs of returning the goods shall be borne by the consumer.

The consumer is liable for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from handling other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the products.

EXCLUSIONS FROM THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Pursuant to Article 59 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal is excluded, amongst other things, in the following cases:

  • products made to measure or clearly personalised;
  • sealed products which cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection and which have been opened after delivery;
  • products which, after delivery, have become inseparably mixed with other goods;
  • other cases provided for by current legislation and the General Terms and Conditions of Sale published on the website.
